ELECTRICAL REVIEW COMMENTS
DENIED
E001 ELECTRICAL NOTES, LEGENDS, & MATERIAL SPECIFICATIONS: No electrical issues
E111 POWER PLAN: No electrical issues
E121 LIGHTING PLAN: Need to provide an interior lighting Comcheck to show IECC compliance. Need to show exterior lighting/lumen calculations as require by the City of Tucson. These are typically hand calculations to show exterior lumens and that they do not exceed City of Tucson requirements.
E151 ROOF POWER PLAN: Should upsize Disconnect for RTU-2 to 60 amp as CB feeding circuit is 35 amp or reduce CB to 30 amp to avoid any local electrical inspector issues.
E611 SINGLE LINE DIAGRAM & PANEL SCHEDULE:
Need to call out all conductors on Circuit breakers larger than 20 amps. Specifically, RTU 1 & 2, and for the subpanel B if it was not an existing panel. It is suggested to include the conductors and conduit sizes on the Panel schedule description Load Name column.
Demand factor for lighting shall be at 125% per NEC requirements.
Comment only: HVAC demand can be derated. Typical value is 80%, consult with Mech EOR for better estimate.
