BUILDING REVIEW COMMENTS: Denied Revisions still not made. 1) Need the elevation views showing the height, accessibility details for the accessible routes, including stair and ramp details at entrances. 2) Need the roof plans to determine the covered area for calculating the fire area and occupancy calculations. 3) Only one handicap parking space is shown at this building with an accessible route. Additional spaces may be required based on the change of use from office spaces to medical rooms and alterations.
