1.COMMENT: As it appears that you are proposing a change of use from office to Medical Service: Outpatient, Per UDC Article 3.3.3.G.2.c A site plan (Development Package) is required for the following types of development: Existing development undergoing a change of use, building structure additions, and/or a reconfiguration of an area outside a building. A development package (DP) meeting the requirements of Administrative Manual (AM) 2-06 must be submitted and approved prior to approval of this building plan. The DP is a separate submittal from the building plans and is submitted at: https://tdc-online.tucsonaz.gov/#/home . The DP will need to be approved prior to approval of this building permit.
2.COMMENT: Please clarify if this site is to remain an office or if it will be changing to medical outpatient.
