2). Note to fixture schedule on plan page P2.0 that the owner/contractor selected fixtures will comply with IPC 402.1
3). Show the existing sanitary stack(s) & Bldg drain size comply with new loads _IPC 710. (1)

01/24/2023 Fire New Construction REQUIRES RESUBMIT Fire sprinkler system will require a fire alarm. Fire alarm shall be shown as connected to the "owners" electrical panel. Show location of the fire alarm control panel and location of risers and F.D.C. locations on the plans.
Most portable cook tops still require ventilation. Provide information regarding equipment and proper ventilation.
Plans shall show the required smoke alarms that also meet the low frequency requirements and ADA requirements.

1.COMMENT: A change of use is being proposed, Per UDC Article 3.3.3.G.2.c A site plan (Development Package) is required for the following types of development: Existing development undergoing a change of use, building structure additions, and/or a reconfiguration of an area outside a building. A development package (DP) meeting the requirements of Administrative Manual (AM) 2-06 must be submitted and approved prior to approval of this building plan. The DP is a separate submittal from the building plans and is submitted at: https://tdc-online.tucsonaz.gov/#/ . The DP will need to be approved prior to approval of this building permit.
