This site is located in C-2 Zone (UDC 4.7.21). Vehicle Rental and Sales is a permitted use in the zone (UDC Table 4.8-4), subject to Use Specific Standard 4.9.9.G.1& .2.

1. Clarify if outdoor display of vehicles for sale is proposed. If so a development package meeting the requirements of the Checklist for Minor Development changes to Existing Commercial/Industrial Sites found at: https://www.tucsonaz.gov/files/pdsd/forms/Minor_Changes_to_Commercial_Industrial_Sites_.pdf. Per UDC Article 3.3.3.G.2.c A site plan (Development Package) is required for the following types of development: Existing development undergoing a change of use, building structure additions, and/or a reconfiguration of an area outside a building. This DP shall clearly show that the vehicle display area does eliminate any required vehicle parking spaces based on vehicle parking requirements for the entire site.
