Sheets 1-7 of 7 No comments. This application is conditionally approved, subject to the following conditions: 1. Special inspection for high strength bolting required. Inspector shall be on site during the entire bolting process. A special inspection report shall be filed with PDSD confirming that replacement of A325 bolts requires special inspection and a special inspection certificate shall be submitted to PDSD for review and approved prior to final inspection approval. 2. Special inspection certificate shall be filed with PDSD that confirms that subsequent to the fire event that each of the light fixtures emits no light above the horizontal plane and complies with other applicable Outdoor Lighting Code provisions (Subparagraphs 8.3.2 & 8.3.4 of the Stipulation). The special inspection shall include nighttime observation to confirm that no light is emitted above the horizontal plane from light fixture gaskets. |
