Sheet 2 of 2 1. In Panel Schedule, revise title to Existing 206 Panel (per Comment #9;, Engineer’s 2/9/23 Response Letter indicates revision was made, but it did not appear on the plan sheet). 2. In Panel Schedule, revise lamp description for Circuits #1 and #3 back to 320W, per T10EL02028 and Subparagraph 8.3.5 of the Stipulation and correct the v-a entries for these two circuits (the 477 v-a figure per lamp from T10EL02028, as cited in Comment #11, includes both the ballast load and the 25% factor and the total figure for each of the two circuits is 954 v-a; adjust v-a totals accordingly. 3. In Panel Schedule revise time clock v-a entry (Circuit #2) back to the 6 v-a in the first submittal, so as to more accurately reflect actual load. 4. The added boxed note re testing of the four existing light fixtures provides minimal information; please add more detail, including the test date(s). the manner in which the luminaires were powered, and the testing electrician and license number. 5. Add a file with a copy of the referenced Tucson Fire Department Incident Report (the file was included with the first submittal, but not with the second). Added Sheets The parallel submittal for structural work (TC-COM-1222-0247) was voided by PDSD staff as being duplicative; IF this activity number is not reinstated, add the engineering plan sheets for the structural work from the second submittal with the comments below (posted 1/30/23) being addressed (unclouded) with the correct activity number and the sheet numbers being revised to conform on all sheets: Sheet 3 (Sheet 2 under TC-COM-1222-00247) 1. In 6th & 7th paragraphs of Scope of Work, reduce the number of lower front catwalk safety cables from 2 pcs. per face to 1 pc. per face, consistent with field inspection, or otherwise explain how there are two existing per face. 2. In 6th & 7th paragraphs of Scope of Work, clarify the locations of the inner safety cables by respectively, after “cable”, inserting “attached to north face uprights” (for upper) and “attached to south face uprights” (for lower). 3. The standard Edge of Face to Center of Beam detail that was included in the first submittal is omitted from this second submittal and needs to be reinstated, 4. In North Sign Face Elevation, conform the designations for the wood section panel and wood apron to the revised language in the 1st & 3rd paragraphs of Scope of Work Sheet 4 (Sheet 3 under TC-COM-1222-00247) 1. In added Detail “B” Top View Inner Safety Cable Attachment, the reference in the description below the title to (6) locations and (3) does not appear to correspond to existing installations; please clarify or, alternatively, use the following language (or similar): Upper Inner Catwalk Cable Attached to North Face Upright, East End & Lower Inner Catwalk Cable Attached to South face Upright, West End (Opposite Ends Mirrored). 2. In added Detail “A” Top View Outer Safety Cable Attachment, it is not clear whether the ends or different side of the billboard are being mirrored; similar to Comment #1 above, provide language as follows or similar: “North Lower Outer Catwalk, West End & South Lower Outer Catwalk East End (Opposite Ends Mirrored). Sheet 5 & 6 (Sheets of 4 & 5 under TC-COM-1222-0247) 1. Delete sheets as now being duplicative of the TFD Incident report already filed under this TC-COM-1222-00253 (see Comment #5 on Sheet 1 above). |
