In Title Block, revise total number of sheets from 3 to 2. 2. In Title Block, revise title to Billboard Electrical Repair Site Plan Sheet 2 of 2 1. In 1st paragraph of Scope of work, clarify if west ¾” junction box and SOOW cable are also to be removed (East Sign Face Elevation indicates that both are to be removed and replaced). 2. In 2nd paragraph of Scope of work, revise to also indicate installation of replacement west ¾” junction box and west SOOW cable, as applicable. 3. In 3rd paragraph of Scope of work, revise to indicate that west ¾” junction box and west SOOW cable are also to be removed, as applicable. 4. In 4th paragraph of Scope of work, revise to also indicate installation of replacement ¾” west junction box and west SOOW cable, as applicable. 5. After 4th paragraph of Scope of Work, insert paragraph indicating the removal of two (2) of the six (6) #12 conductors, as per approved T10EL02028 and as applicable. 6. After 4th paragraph of Scope of Work, add second paragraph providing for the removal of any more than three breakers from the 206 panel and replacement with space fillers. 7. Add boxed note indicating that a special inspection certificate is to be filed with PDSD that confirms, subsequent to the fire event, that each of the light fixtures emits no light above the horizontal plane and compliance with other applicable Outdoor Lighting Code provisions (see Subparagraphs 8.3.2 & 8.3.4 of the Stipulation). 8. Add boxed note clarifying if each of the four light fixtures have been tested by an electrician as to their continued operability or, if not, addressing how it is to be determined whether the fixtures continue to be operable or not. 9. In Panel Schedule, revise title to Existing 206 Panel. 10. In Panel Schedule, delete Circuits #5 & #7 and insert space for those circuit entries. 11. In Panel Schedule, revise v-a entries for Circuits #1 & #3, to account for two light fixtures being on one circuit and to also account for the ballast load (477 v-a per light fixture per T10EL02028, or 954 v-a for two fixtures on one circuit); revise total v-a entries accordingly. 12. In One-Line Diagram, revise to add timer circuit. 13. In South Sign Face Elevation, revise designations for wood apron and wood section face to reflect existing being destroyed or removed due to fire damage and to be replaced under separate permit. 14. In South Sign Face Elevation, revise number of #12 conductors in the ½” EMT run from the 206 panel to the first junction box from six (6) to four (4), per T10EL02028. 15. In Title Block, revise title to Authorized Electrical Repair. 16. In Title Block, correct the address, COT ID# & CCO ID#. |
