Comments: Please resubmit revised drawings along with a detailed response letter which states how all Zoning Review Section comments were addressed. 1. Comment: Previous comment 1 not addressed. The associated Development Package (TD-DEV-0223-00141) lists the height of the proposed building as 17’ for the office and 19’ for the canopy structure, however the Commercial building permit (TC-COM-1125-02123) lists the proposed height as 22’. The dimensions provided including heights on the development package need to match the associated building permit. Either revise the height to match the approved Development Package or revise TD-DEV-0223-00141 to match the associated building plans. 2. Comment: Additional comments may be forthcoming depending on responses to zoning review comments and plans submitted.
