Code Violation CE-VIO0925-03722 states this business is operating as a Smoke Shop. Prior to obtaining a Certificate of Occupancy, a Zoning Compliance Letter will be required to determine whether the proposed use (Smoke Shop) is allowed at this location. The Zoning Compliance permit referenced in your comment response letter (TZ-CMP-0326-00039) has not been completed and is in “Require Resubmit” status. Please follow through and provide the requested information to receive your zoning compliance letter. Once the letter is received, please include this letter with your resubmittal documents. Site zoning is unable to approve this permit until a formal zoning compliance letter is included with your submittal. 2.
