2. Please identify the load bearing walls within this structure.
3. Please submit a complete set of drawings to include Architectural, Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing.
4. Include on your front sheet the Code Analysis including the Minimum Plumbing Code requirement calculation, the Drinking Fountain requirement and the Mop Sink requirement.
a. Include the Occupancy Group being used, the construction type, is it fire sprinklered and fire alarm present, Occupant load calculation, etc.
5. Should this be part of a bigger building structure and a party wall is involved, provide the code compliant fire rated wall between tenants.
6. This is a commercial project.
a. As such... please have an Arizona licensed Architect generate the architectural drawings.
b. Similarly, an Arizona licensed engineer generating the Mechanical, Plumbing, Electrical.
c. All drawings are to be sealed/signed/dated by the corresponding licensed professional.

Plan review for the above referenced structure has been completed. This letter reflects comments to be addressed. Provide updated Plans/calculations and a written response Letter to each of the notated items indicating action taken. Resubmitted plans that do not contain a written response Letter addressing each of the notated items indicating action taken, may be delayed until response letter is received.
Code reference, 2018 International Building Code (IBC), 2017 National Electrical Code (NEC).

Electrical Review:
1. This is a commercial project, requiring all documents to be prepared, sealed, signed, and dated by a registered design professional. Provide complete electrical plans, design, and calculations, sealed by an Arizona Registrant. Reference: Arizona Revised Statutes 32-125, Board of Technical Registration Rules R4-30-304, 2018 IBC section 107.1, 2017 NEC, City of Tucson Commercial Plan Submittal Requirements. https://www.tucsonaz.gov/files/sharedassets/public/v/1/pdsd/documents/checklists/commercial_submittal_requirements_july2023.pdf

Plans shall include (as necessary for scope of work), but may not be limited to items below:
2. Provide an electrical demo plan showing all removed unpermitted and unsafe electrical.
3. Provide electrical load calculations, for the Main Panels, Per NEC 220.40.
4. Show all wiring methods in detail for all new or modified branch circuit conductors and feeders. Conductor type and conduit size/type. Note wet use requirements. NEC arts;300 and 408.4.
5. Provide a panel schedules, showing the circuits that are being modified, added or removed or existing. NEC arts;300 and 408.4. Include panel bus rating and A.I.C. rating. IBC 107.1.
6. Designate the circuit number on the electrical plans, that corresponds to the panel schedule, at the location of each existing, new or modified light fixture, receptacle, and equipment disconnect switch, NEC arts;300 and 408.4. IBC 107.1. Each electrical outlet should be labeled by panel and circuit number.
7. Show all GFCI protection (NEC 210.8(B)) in readily accessible location per NEC 210.8.
