Comment: Please resubmit revised drawings along with a detailed response letter which states how all Zoning Review Section comments were addressed.

This site is located in the C-2 zone (UDC 4.7.21).

1. Comment: Clearly label the use as defined by the Unified Development Code Table 4.8-4. Street view currently shows this business is operating as a Smoke Shop. If the use will continue to be a Smoke Shop, a Zoning Compliance letter will be required to determine whether the use (Smoke Shop) was legally established prior to the enactment of the new ordinance. This letter must be obtained through your TDC Online account. Please include this letter with your resubmittal if this is indeed the proposed use of this business.
2. Comment: Once the use is identified, please draw, label, and dimension the minimum required parking spaces. Refer to Unified Development Code section 7.4.4 if necessary.
