This site is located in the C-1 zone (UDC 4.7.20). Financial Service excluding non-chartered institutions is a permitted use in this zone subject to Use Specific Standards 4.9.4.L.1 & .3, and 4.9.13.O.

Comments: Please resubmit revised drawings along with a detailed response letter which states how all Zoning Review Section comments were addressed.

1. Comment: The proposed ATM and bollards do not meet the minimum setback requirements. UDC 7.4.6.F.2.a states “Access lanes and PAAL’s must be setback 1’ from a structure when the access lane or PAAL serves as a drive-through lane. Please adjust the bollards and ATM so they meet these minimum requirements.
2. Comment: Additional comments may be forthcoming depending on responses to zoning review comments and plans submitted.
