This is a commercial project, requiring all documents to be prepared, sealed, signed, and dated by a registered design professional. Additional/Separate Permit Applications may be required for each address/unit. Our files indicate that a permit is already in process for Unit 1 (TC-COM-1124-02237) and for units 1-12 (TC-COM-1124-02147). The City does not allow multiple permit reviews for the same address.
