Tucson, AZ 85714 Pre-Fab Warehouse (2nd Review) TRANSMITTAL DATE: 9/12/2025 Resubmit a detailed response letter, which states how all Zoning Review Section comments were addressed. This site is located in the I-2 zone (UDC 4.7.30). 1. Comment: Previous comment 1 not addressed. Per UDC Article 3.3.3.G.2.c, a site plan (Development Package) is required for the following types of development: Existing development undergoing a change of use, building structure additions, and/or a reconfiguration of an area outside a building. A Development Package (DP) meeting the requirements of the Checklist for Minor Changes to Commercial/Industrial Sites is required to be submitted and approved. The DP is a separate submittal from the building plans. Site zoning is unable to approve this building permit until the DP has been approved by all reviewers. 2.
