My biggest concern is will this be used for something other than a hotel. Will it be used for transitional housing or anything similar. Thank you. -Please provide more information in the code analysis. A hotel is an R1 occupancy. You currently have hotel and R2 listed. Is it an R2 hotel with transient or nontransient occupants? I'm assuming the original use was hotel/R1 type of occupancy. A change in use could require fire sprinklers and fire alarm. -Is it currently occupied?
