TRANSMITTAL DATE: March 20, 2025

Resubmit revised drawings along with a detailed response letter, which states how all Zoning Review Section comments were addressed. This site is located in the C-3 zone (UDC 4.7.22). Food Service is an allowed use in the zone (UDC Table 4.8-4).

1. Zoning has reviewed the building plans for compliance with Development Package (DP) TD-DEV-1222-00060. Upon review of the building plans, it does not appear that the site matches what is approved on the DP. Is this correct? The building plans depict proposed parking and redesigned Parking Area Access Lanes, Pedestrian Access Circulation, and Drive through lane that is not shown on the approved DP. As the site depicted on the building plans do not match the DP a revised DP is required. This may also entail a new Design Development Option (DDO)/Board of Adjustments as the approved DDO/Board of Adjustments do not match the approved DP.
