Resubmit revised drawings and any redlined plans along with a detailed response letter, which states how all Zoning Review Section comments were addressed.

This site is located in the C-2 zone (UDC 4.7.21). Food & Beverage Sales: Excluding Large Retail Establishment (UDC Table 4.8-4).

1. Zoning has reviewed the building plans for compliance Development Package TD-DEV-1124-00301 and the following items need to be addressed.

2. Sheet x1.0 proposed site plan does not match the last submitted DP sheets, i.e., pedestrian circulation shown along the northeast portion of the site, free standing covered cart corral, keynote 32.20 not shown on the DP and it appears to conflict with the proposed short-term bicycle parking shown on the DP, etc.

3. Sheet x1.0 proposed site plan references “RIO NUEVO BOUNDARY”, remove this reference from the plan as this site is nowhere near the Rio Nuevo Overlay.
