S1.1 - DESIGN LOADS: The design parameters listed under "Seismic" do not match the structural calculation package or the minimum spectral accelerations required by ASCE 7-16. Please revise the structural general notes and resubmit. 4. S1.2 - MISSING INFORMATION: In the structural general notes, under "Rough Carpentry and Sheathing, typical fasteners for wall sheathing are not defined. The notes refer to a "Shear Wall Schedule" for additional information. Please confirm where this information is located. 5. S3.1 - FLOOR DIAPHRAGM: The Floor Framing Plan on Sheet S3.1 indicates that the elevated floor slab shall be a structural composite slab with 3 1/2" of concrete over 1 1/2" metal deck. The concrete is said to be reinforced with fiber reinforcing, which is not typical of structural slabs in the City of Tucson. In order to qualify for an exception, please provide additional product information, and ESR report and structural calculations to confirm that slabs reinforced with fiber reinforcing are capable of spanning between beams. As an alternative, weld-wire fabric or conventional mild reinforcing is acceptable. 6. S5.1 - STAIR LANDING: In detail 209 on Sheet S5.1, please confirm the minimum thickness of concrete required for the stair landing over the 12 gage pan. 7. GENERAL - SLAB REPAIR: If trenching of the existing slab is required for placement of plumbing or electrical work, please provide a detail to repair the slab to existing conditions.
