Please resubmit revised drawings with a detailed response letter stating how all Zoning Review Section comments were addressed.

1. Zoning has reviewed the building plans for compliance with the associated development package TD-DEV-0823-00380. Although it appears the building plan footprint and square footage are consistent with the submitted development package, Zoning cannot approve TC-COM-1123-002691 until the development package is approved by all reviewers.

2. Ensure the building height provided on TD-DEV-0823-00380 matches the building height provided on the elevation drawings.

3. Demonstrate that the gross floor area of the proposed exterior patio does not exceed what is proposed for TD-DEV-0823-00380.

04/12/2024 Water - PDSD REQUIRES RESUBMIT 1. The civil plans have not been included with the building plan set. The development package is only good for grading and paving. The construction of site utilities (e.g. water service and building sewer) must be part of the building plan set. [Initial comment: Show the location and size of the proposed water meter, backflow preventer, and the water service pipe on a site plan. The development package is not a substitute for a complete site plan. Reference: Section 107.2.1 and 107.2.6, IBC 2018.]
2. Reduced pressure backflow prevention assemblies intended to protect the municipal water distribution system are required to be installed directly after the water meter for buildings that have food service facilities and are required to be installed in locations accessible to Tucson Water.
