Please resubmit revised drawings and any redlined plans along with a detailed response letter, which states how all Zoning Review Section comments were addressed.

This site is located in PAD-15 (UDC 4.7.24). Food service is an allowed use in the PAD.

1. Per UDC Article 3.3.3.G.2.c A site plan (Development Package) is required for the following types of development: Existing development undergoing a change of use, building structure additions, and/or a reconfiguration of an area outside a building. A development package (DP) meeting the requirements of the Checklist for Minor Changes to Commercial/Industrial Sites is required to be submitted and approved. The DP is a separate submittal from the building plans. Prior to submittal of the DP Design Review is required, see PAD-15 Section C.6.

2. The address this permit was submitted under, and the site location shown on the Vicinity Map does not appear to be correct. This address and parcel is currently occupied by a Whataburger with the address of 921 E TUCSON MARKETPLACE Bl. and there are no other addresses assigned to the parcel and there is no room for the proposed project. Clarify where you are proposing to build this project and resubmit under the correct address.
