1) Resolved - Sheet M1: Show the vents for each fixture and the drain and vent sizes for each fixture. (2018 IPC section 106.3.1) Many floor sinks, mop sink, and lavatory do not show the individual drain pipe sizes. The amended 2018 IPC section
1003.3 requires grease interceptor discharge venting.

2) Resolved - Sheets M1.1, M2.1, E1.1: Include the grease interceptor and interceptor vents on the layout and isometric plans. The floor sinks and hand sinks are to be connected to the grease interceptor. A sign stating “HANDWASH SINK ONLY! NO FOOD PREPARATION OR DISHWASHING ALLOWED.” is to be posted if the hand wash sink is not connected to the grease interceptor. Please coordinate and revise the calculations and details on the plans. (2018 IPC section 1003.3) The MEP plans do not match the revised plans showing separation of the toilet room from opening directly into the kitchen per 2018 IPC section 403.3.2.

Resubmit revised drawings with a detailed response letter stating how all Zoning Review Section comments were addressed.

1. Zoning has reviewed the building plans for compliance with the associated development package TD-DEV-0823-00380. Although it appears the building plan footprint and square footage are consistent with the submitted development package, Zoning cannot approve TC-COM-1123-002691 until the development package is approved by all reviewers.

2. Except for the Utility sheet the DP sheets submitted in the building plans shall either be the stamped approved plans, or marked as for reference only, or removed from the plan set.
