Proposed Structure providing cover over the tables and chairs. These drawings depict how the structure is anchored to earth, post used, how roof is connected to the supports, etc,

If structure is constructed of steel, provide structural drawings and calculations prepared by a State of Arizona Structural Engineer Registrant affixing his/her seal, signature & date on every sheet.

If installing any utilities such as electrical, please provide these drawings. Submit an image & specification (lumen output/kelvin temperature/etc.) of the proposed lights. Emergency light with battery backup will be required, please locate and label this on your drawings. If gas heaters are used, please provide this information as well along with the gas line diagram.

If membrane roof material is used, please provide the Flame spread index & smoke-developed index.
