Review will not proceed without the response letter. COMMENTS: 1. Thank you for providing a description via your keynote (#10) of the new fence wall. As you know, life, safety & welfare of your patrons are of importance as required by the building code. Protection from moving vehicles immediately adjacent to this outdoor patio is crucial in this regard. As previously requested, please submit a complete set of drawings to include this fence wall. These drawings are to depict how the structure is anchored to earth via footing detail, post used, fence material used, fence height, member sizes, etc. Response: This patio is an existing and is being supported by wood kickers. This patio was built during COVID and now they are looking to get this approved. The patio wall is 21’-0” away from the property line and 61’-0” away from the street center line. REQUIRES RESUBMIT: THANK YOU FOR YOUR RESPONSE TO THE FENCE. WE DID NOT FIND A PERMIT FOR THE FENCE. PLEASE SUBMIT FENCE DRAWINGS FOR REVIEW AND APPROVAL. These drawings are to depict how the structure is anchored to earth via footing detail, post used, fence material used, fence height, member sizes, etc. all to provide life safety to your patrons. 2. The LED Bistro Lighting in your #5 Keynote does not show in our latest aerial photograph. We cannot find a building permit for it as well. Please include complete information where when installing any utilities such as electrical require drawings. Submit an image & specification (lumen output/kelvin temperature/etc.) of the proposed lights. Provide your Outdoor Lighting calculation to include all existing and new light sources. Response: I believe owner install the lights, they are your typical bistro lights that plug into a standard outlet. I can have the owner remove the lights if the city request. REQUIRES RESUBMIT: THANK YOU, PLEASE ADD A NOTE ON YOUR DRAWING REMOVING THE BISTRO LIGHTS. 3. If gas heaters are used, please provide this information as well along with the gas line diagram showing the BTUs used, the effective length of the gas line, the diameter of the gas line and their lengths, etc. Response: Not are not permanent gas heaters installed on this patio. REQUIRES RESUBMIT: THANK YOU FOR YOUR RESPONSE, PLEASE ADD A NOTE IN YOUR DRAWING INDICATING THE GAS HEATERS ARE PORTABLE WITH BUILT IN GAS CANISTER. 4. Please resubmit. |
