This site is located in the C-1 zone (UDC 4.7.20). Day Care is a allowed use in the zone (UDC Table 4.8-4), subject to Use Specific Standard 4.9.13.O. 1. Zoning has reviewed the building plans for compliance with Development Package (DP) TD-DEV-1023-00413. The approved DP shows a maximum building height of 18’. The building plans show a building wall height of 24’. A revision to the DP showing the correct height of building wall of the proposed building will be required before this permit can be approved. Alternatively, the building plans can be modified to reflect the approved height of 18', as shown on the approved DP. 2. Please remove any business specific signage on the building elevations.
