This site is located in the C-1 zone (UDC 4.7.20). Food Service: Excluding Soup Kitchens is a allowed use in the zone (UDC Table 4.8-4), subject to Use Specific Standards 4.9.4.M.1 & 5 and 4.9.13.O.

1. Zoning has reviewed the building plans for compliance with Development Package (DP) TD-DEV-1122-00049, but it does not appear that the plans match. This building plan shows a square footage of 1,241 on sheet AS1.0 and the DP was approved on a square footage of 1,067. Either the building plans will need to be changed to match the DP or a revision to the DP is required.
