Zoning cannot approve until the site plans match. Please either submit a revision to the DP to match the building plans, or change the building plan site plan to match the DP. Please address the following: 1. The location of the Accessible parking spaces do not match. 2. The hardscape to the south of the building does not match. Additionally, TC-COM-0723-01819 was errantly approved by zoning. The same comments apply for that permit. Because this was a mistake by the zoning reviewer, please contact me once the new plans are edited and submitted so we can approve without further delay.
