1) General: Provide the details for the envelope showing compliance with the 2018 IECC section C402.

2) Sheets G001, G002, G002.1: The occupant load has not been calculated correctly. The floor area used for tables and chairs (1 per 15sf) is to include the net floor space of the entire area where unconcentrated seating is located - not just the space of the individual tables and chairs, this includes the exterior seating area. The standing area (1 per 5sf) is the floor area provided for waiting, ordering, condiments, etc. both the areas labeled as beverage prep and workroom are to be calculated at 1 per 200sf gross floor area for commercial kitchens. The break room is an area of unconcentrated assembly to be calculated at 1 per 15sf. The office space is to be calculated at 1 per 150sf gross floor area. Please revise all affected sheets, details, and calculations. (2018 IBC section 1004, Table 1004.5)

3) Sheets G001, G002, G002.1: The occupancy classification is A-2 not B. Please revise all affected sheets, details, and calculations including the plumbing calculations for restaurants. (2018 IBC section 303, 2018 IPC Table 403.1)

4) Sheet G001: Include the allowed vs actual building area, height, and number of stories. (2018 IBC section 107)

5) Sheet G002: The toilet facilities do not have a lavatory located in the room. Please revise all affected sheets, details, and calculations. (2018 IBC sections 2902.3, 1109.2.1, 2018 IPC Toilet Facility definition, section 405.3.2)

6) Sheet P-102: Provide the drainage fixture unit calculations for the drain and vent pipe sizing. (2018 IPC sections 710, 906)

7) Sheet P-102: A hand wash sink is not connected to the grease interceptor piping and requires signage stating “HANDWASH SINK ONLY! NO FOOD PREPARATION OR DISHWASHING ALLOWED.”. The hydromechanical grease interceptor cannot be used for more than 4 fixtures. Please revise all affected sheets and provide the grease interceptor calculations. (2018 IPC amended section 1003.3)
