Please submit a complete set of drawings starting with a plan that shows the location of drilled pier footings, depth, size, reinforcement. etc. Provide drawings of the structure frame showing the sizes, whether welded or some other type of connectors, and what type of material is being used, etc. Provide detail drawings of the connections including how the membrane fabric is being attached to the structural members. 3. Provide the Membrane material's Flame Spread index as well as the the Fire Propagation performance information per IBC 3105. 4. Please resubmit. |

Withdraw this permit and submit under the address for the parcel where the shade structure is proposed. Per the Pima County Assessor’s info this project should be submitted under 6022 S. Cedar Elm Ln. 2. Per UDC Article 3.3.3.G.2.c A site plan (Development Package) is required for the following types of development: Existing development undergoing a change of use, building structure additions, and/or a reconfiguration of an area outside a building. A development package (DP) meeting the requirements of the Checklist for Minor Changes to Commercial/Industrial Sites is required to be submitted and approved. The DP is a separate submittal from the building plans.
