3. S1.1/S1.2 - SPECIAL INSPECTIONS: The structural general notes indicate that special inspections are required for cold-formed steel framing and steel deck installation. Please provide additional information on the specific type and frequency (periodic, continuous) of inspection required.

4. S2.1 - SLAB ON GRADE: On the Foundation Plan, Key Note 5 specifies a new 4" concrete slab on grade. Please specify the rebar size and spacing required to reinforce this new slab.

6. S3.1 - MECHANICAL UNIT: Structural Roof Plan S3.1 differs from the Mechanical Roof Plan M1.0 and Architectural Roof Plan, A3.0, on the location of rooftop unit AC 3 (1,550 lb). Please coordinate the final location of this unit and confirm that the existing roof framing provides sufficient support.

7. S4.1 - FOUNDATION EMBEDMENT: The structural general notes specify a minimum embedment of 2'-0" for shallow foundations below finished grade (Ref. "Foundations", Sheet S1.1). However, Detail 110 specifies a minimum of 12"
embedment for a typical concrete turndown at the building edge. Please confirm which note controls and revise as needed.

1. Sheet G1.2: UL fire resistance rated assemblies typically are comprised of proprietary materials to achieve a complete assembly. Revise the entire assembly (UL U419) on this sheet to reflect the current assembly listed by UL. The current UL listed assembly is dated November 14, 2023.

2. Sheet G2.1:The occupant load factor used for the fitness area is incorrect. Provide a corrected occupant load calculation in accordance with 2018 IBC Table 1004.5.
