Resubmit revised drawings along with a detailed response letter, which states how all Zoning Review Section comments were addressed.

This site is located in I-1 (UDC 4.7.29). General Manufacturing is an allowed use in the zone (UDC Table 4.8-5) subject to Use Specific Standards 4.9.5.C.2, .6, .7, & .8 and 4.9.13.Q.

1. This comment was not addressed. Zoning was not able to find a DP submittal for this site. At this time no DP has been submitted for this site. Per UDC Article 3.3.3.G.2.c A site plan (Development Package) is required for the following types of development: Existing development undergoing a change of use, building structure additions, and/or a reconfiguration of an area outside a building. A development package (DP) meeting the requirements of Administrative Manual (AM) 2-06 must be submitted and approved prior to approval of this building plan. The DP is submitted at: https://tdc-online.tucsonaz.gov/#/home, using category Development Package. The DP is a separate submittal form the building plans.

2. Until a DP is submitted and approved by all review agencies Zoning cannot approve this plan.
