Plan sheet S401, A001, does not correlate with E003, E004. This is to help the plan reviewer verify compliance with comment #2. 2 Please verify that the 18’ high Light Pole luminaires are in compliance with Outdoor Lighting Code sections 401.3.1 thru 401.3.4. See 401.3.1 particularly. The light trespass into Residential Property has generated complaints on past projects and resulted in Owners of that property having to remove or lower the pole heights by Court Order. This is to be avoided if possible. 3 The ‘H1’ luminaire cut sheet shows 4000K highlighted. This does not comply with the 3500K limit per OLC section 402.1. Verify that all exterior luminaires comply with the color temperature output limit of 3500K or less. Please revise as necessary. 4 The site lighting plans must show all lumen calculations and any other information as requested per previous review comments #1(c), #2, #3, #4, #5, #7, Ref; 2018 IBC sections 107.2.1, 2017 NEC, 2012 City of Tucson Outdoor Lighting Code (OLC). |
