This letter reflects comments to be addressed. Provide updated Plans/calculations and a written response Letter to each of the notated items indicating action taken. Resubmitted plans that do not contain a written response Letter addressing each of the notated items indicating action taken, may be delayed until response letter is received. Code reference, 2018 International Building Code (IBC), 2017 National Electrical Code (NEC). 1. Each separately metered unit requires an individual permit with the specific address, building and unit number on the permit. This is a commercial project, requiring all documents to be prepared, sealed, signed, and dated by a registered design professional. Provide complete electrical plans, design, and calculations, sealed by an Arizona Registrant. Reference: Arizona Revised Statutes 32-125, Board of Technical Registration Rules R4-30-304, 2018 IBC section 107.1, 2017 NEC, City of Tucson Commercial Plan Submittal Requirements. 2. Detail the upgrade being performed by providing the current service/meter rating and the upgraded ratings. Provide complete electrical plans, IBC 107.1. 3. Provide a Site Plan, Indicate the location and size of buildings, utility meters and lines supporting the alterations, 2018 IBC 107.1. Show the utility lines requiring upgrade or replacement. 4. Provide a complete line diagram, NEC 110.2, 2018 IBC 107.1. 5. Show the location of the panel on the Electrical Plan with clear working space compliance, 2017 NEC 110.26(A) 6. Provide an electrical riser diagram, 2017 NEC 230.9. Notate the grounding and bonding method, 2017 NEC 250.20(B), 250.24, 250.30(A)(4). Metallic gas lines must be bonded and not be used as the primary grounding method, 2017 NEC 250.50, 250.52(B)(1). 7. Provide electrical load calculations, for the Main Service Panel, Per NEC 220.40.
