Will you be housing students and or is this more of a congregate care/ assisted living facility. Please clarify if assisted Living you would be classified as a R-4 and you will need to provide us the condition. You will also need to install fire sprinklers with either occupancy. This note shall be added to your drawings.

1. For Zoning purposes, the boarding house, as stated on you plan, is considered to be group dwelling and is not allowed in the R-1 Zone. Provide a use as defined within the UDC that is allowed in the zone or a rezoning will be required.
