Provide additional documents as requested by review staff. STRUCTURAL REVIEW COMMENTS: DENIED 1. Sheet 6 Roof Framing Plan: Indicate bracing to be provided between trusses. 2. Sheet 6 Roof Framing Plan: Structural calculations for prefabricated members to be submitted prior to rough framing inspection and a copy kept on site. Add a note to this effect. BUILDING REVIEW COMMENTS: DENIED Sheet 1 Building Code Analysis: Occupancy has been calculated incorrectly. The area of the Multipurpose Room is approximately 755 sf. No tables or chairs are shown, and presumably in some instances the room may be standing only or chairs only. The correct divisor for standing space is 5 net, and the legal occupancy of the Multipurpose Room is approximately 151 persons. If tables and chairs were shown, using a divisor of 15 net th e occupancy of the room would still be 51 persons and the occupancy of the building 52 persons. The correct occupancy classification is A-3 Community Hall. Please revise the Building Code Analysis. Sheet 1 Plan: Plumbing fixtures are required for Assembly occupancy. Separate facilities are required for each sex. (IPC 403.2) None of the listed exceptions apply. Please revise the plan to provide two separate toilet rooms. Provide minimum fixtures required as listed in IPC Table 403.1. Sheet 1 toilet room plan: Shelving in the toilet room may not impinge on the clear floor area required for forward approach to the sink conforming to ADA 305. Show and dimension the clear floor space for forward approach for each accessible fixture on the revised floor plan. Sheet 1 Toilet Room Plan: Access to the urinal stall and the toilet stall does not meet accessibility requirements. Revise door arrangement to avoid passing through one stall to reach another. Revise to provide compartments and compartment doors that meet ADA 604.8 requirements. Sheet 2 Sections C-C and D-D: R-20 batt insulation required in wood framed walls. (IEEC Table C402.1.3.) Please revise at each location shown. Sheet 4 Section A-A: R-20 vs. R-19 batt insulation required in wood framed walls. (IEEC Table C402.1.3.) Please revise at each location shown. MECHANICAL REVIEW COMMENTS: DENIED 1. Sheets M1 and M2: Revise to provide heating and ventilation at two toilet rooms per architectural revisions ELECTRICAL REVIEW COMMENTS DENIED Sheet E1: Revise Power Plan and Lighting Plan to provide two toilet rooms per architectural revisions. Sheet E1 Lighting Plan: Ceiling suspended (paddle) fans shall be supported independently of an outlet box or by a listed outlet box or listed outlet box system conforming to the requirements of NEC Section 422.18.
