Drawings marked "good for construction" needs to be stamped with building permit approval, submitted documents are marked "not for construction". 2. Structural engineer needs to ensure before placement of footings for the new canopy that the new footing base is not encroaching into the load transfer area of the footings base of existing foundations. 3. Even though the design is based on 103 mph wind speed which is less than the design wind speed of 105 mph, design is acceptable as enough demand capacity ratio is available structurally and hence a revision to the structural design is not considered deemed necessary. 4. Erection drawings for the canopy complete with connection details have not been provided at this review stage, their submission can be considered a Deferred submittal and those details can be provided later for review and approval.
