COMMENT: Demonstrate compliance with 4.9.9.E.2.k. Provide an Odor Mitigation plan for Zoning to review in collaboration with Commercial Mechanical. The Odor Mitigation Plan should demonstrate devices and techniques to be incorporated to mitigate odors and may be done through exhaust air filtration system with odor control that prevents internal odors from being emitted externally or through any other best practices deemed adequate for odor mitigation. Upon receipt of a formal complaint through code enforcement related to the marijuana facility’s odor, an inspection for compliance with the Odor Mitigation Plan will be conducted.
