Provide additional documents as requested by review staff. STRUCTURAL REVIEW COMMENTS: Approved BUILDING REVIEW COMMENTS: Denied 1. Provide a State of Arizona architectural stamp and seal, the one provided was from Nevada and appears to have expired. 2. Update the codes on sheet G1.1 to match the current City of Tucson codes and years published. 3. Clarify the structural loads design criteria on sheet G1.1, they do not match the criteria for the Tucson area. 4. Correct the sheet index on sheet G1.1.1, it does not match the drawing sheets that were submitted. 5. Provide a wall section and details including dimensions for the new wall that is shown in the family bathroom 103. MECHANICAL REVIEW COMMENTS: Approved ELECTRICAL REVIEW COMMENTS Denied 1. Indicate on the drawings that all exterior lighting will be in compliance with the Tucson/ Pima county ordinance. 2. Provide and electrical power plan that shows the location of any new electrical receptacles or power feeds. Provide a panel schedule for the structure and include the size of the main service. 3. Provide an interior lighting COMcheck or other approved methodology for the project for the new proposed lighting that is in compliance with the 2018 IECC. 4. Clarify if the new lighting installed in the bathrooms will be switched by occupancy sensors, or if an alternate method will be installed for the switching of the lights. 2018 IECC C405.2.1. 5. Indicate the location of an existing emergency light on the exterior at the exit doors to illuminate the landings or indicate new fixtures will be provided. 2018 IBC 1008.3.2 (5). 6. Indicate the location of all “night lighting” on the plans for egress illumination or indicate light sensors will be used. All rooms and usable floor surfaces in a building shall be equipped with artificial lighting and shall be illuminated at all times that the space is occupied. 2018 IBC 1008.2. PLUMBING REVIEW COMMENTS: Denied First Plumbing Review: 1). Plumbing code Gas Code listed on plan page G1.1 needs to be the 2018 IPC & 2018 IFGC 2). Plan pages D1.1 & A1.1 indicates plumbing changes in restrooms & at beverage station.
