The revision letter indicates using 12 inch CMU, the Site Wall detail drawing 2 on sheet S04 is calling out 8 inch CMU. Please correct this detail drawing to reflect 12 inch CMU. 2. Please provide structural calculations illustrating a 10 inch rebar dowel embedment using epoxy on a 1 ft thick footing is able to resist the overturning of the 12 ft tall 12” CMU as well as resists all other lateral forces that may act upon said wall. Please also confirm that 5'-6" wide footing is installed complying to the Footing Schedule on Sheet S02. 3. Please resubmit. |
