1. This is a commercial project, requiring all documents to be prepared, sealed, signed, and dated by a registered design professional. Provide complete electrical plans, design, and calculations, sealed by an Arizona Registrant. Reference: Arizona Revised Statutes 32-125, Board of Technical Registration Rules R4-30-304, 2018 IBC section 107.1, 2017 NEC, City of Tucson Commercial Plan Submittal Requirements.
2. Provide updated electrical sheets sealed, dated and signed by an Arizona Registered Electrical Engineer. Old sheets cannot be modified without the original EOR’s approval and updated seal on the plans. Updated plans must show compliance with the latest adopted codes and be sealed and dated for the proposed changes.
3. Provide an electrical plan showing any/all electrical work. Plans shall include but may not be limited to items below and as necessary for the actual scope of work:

5. Provide a line diagram showing the new equipment being added or modified, NEC 110.2, 2018 IBC 107.1.
6. Show all wiring methods in detail for all new or modified branch circuit conductors and feeders. Conductor type and conduit size/type. Note wet use requirements. NEC arts;300 and 408.4.
