Development Package Required: The proposed parking canopy at this commercial site requires the submittal of a Development Package (site plan) in accordance with UDC §7.4.3.E. Per UDC §3.3.3.G.2.c, a Development Package (DP) meeting the requirements of the Checklist for Minor Changes to Commercial/Industrial Sites must be submitted and approved. The Development Package is a separate submittal from the building plans and must be processed independently. 2. Site Engineering Review: Site Engineering is unable to fully review and approve permit TC-COM-0926-01645 until the associated Development Package has been submitted, reviewed and approved by all applicable reviewers. 3. Please resubmit for final approval once the development package has been approved and issued by all applicable reviewers.
