Plans shall include but may not be limited to items below and as necessary for the actual scope of work: 3. Provide an electrical panel schedule and designate the circuit number on the electrical plans, that corresponds to the panel schedule, at the location of each, new or modified light fixture, receptacle, and equipment disconnect switch, NEC arts;300 and 408.4. IBC 107.1. 4. Provide electrical load calculations, for the Main Service Panel, Per NEC 220.40. 5. Show all wiring methods in detail for all new or modified branch circuit conductors and feeders. As part of your Design Package, please include the following items combined into a single PDF: project description, site plan showing existing and proposed, elevations showing existing and proposed, lighting specifications/details, photographs of existing conditions (provide photographs of entire facades/each elevation where work is proposed and provide photos of details). If you have product names/specifications/brochures, include that in your Design Package. The outdoor lighting lumen calculations are incorrect. These are not low-pressure sodium lighting fixtures and thus do not qualify for Option 1, Table 401.1. 2. Per the associated code enforcement case and attached pictures, these lights are not full-cutoff as stated on the Sealed drawings. All lighting fixtures are unshielded. 3. The flood-lights must all be replaced with actual full-cutoff fixtures. 4. Provide the manufacturer’s specification sheets for the outdoor lighting fixtures. Include the lumen and color temperature values for each outdoor fixture type. >>> lighting fixtures must be proven to be full-cutoff. 5. Show unshielded fixtures with a maximum of 3,000 lumens, OLC 401.4. 6. Show lamps with a maximum of 3500K color temperature, OLC 402.1. 7.
