The master site plan for these permits was submitted under TC-COM-1025-01898 and calls out shade structure #1. Per guidance from Building Review staff, these comments are applicable to all associated permits since the master set calls out shade structure #1. The associated Development Package (DP) TD-DEV-0923-00390 does not show shade structure #1 being placed over the therapy pool. The approved DP only shows shade structures 2, 3, & 4 on it as depicted on your plans. Please revise the DP to show this new shade structure (shade structure #1) and any additional work which wasn’t shown on the approved DP. Site zoning is unable to approve this permit until the DP has been revised to show the new shade structure and approval has been obtained from all reviewers. Parks and Recreation use is a permitted use in this zone (Table 4.8-2) subject to Use Specific Standards 4.9.13.B & .C. Comments: Please resubmit revised drawings along with a detailed response letter which states how all Zoning Review Section comments were addressed. 1.
