Comment: Since the associated Development Package (DP) TD-DEV-1025-00275 has not made it through a full review cycle, zoning is unable to conduct a complete review of the submitted plans. While it does appear the building plans match the DP, zoning will review the building plans on the next submittal to ensure consistency with the associated DP. Zoning is unable to approve this permit until the DP has been approved by all reviewers. 2. Comment: Additional comments may be forthcoming based on responses to zoning comments and plans submitted.
