Zoning will review the building plans on the next submittal and compare the plans to ensure consistency (IE: height, sq. ft., etc.) with the DP. Zoning is unable to approve this building permit until the DP has been approved by all reviewers. 2. Comment: Additional comments may be forthcoming on the next review based on responses to zoning review comments and plans submitted.
