A Development Package (DP) meeting the requirements of the Checklist for Minor Changes to Commercial/Industrial Sites is required to be submitted and approved. The DP is a separate submittal from the building plans. Site Engineering is unable to review and approve permit TC-COM-1025-01914 until the associated Development Package is reviewed and approved by all reviewers. 3. This site potentially resides within the City of Tucson 18th ST Wash floodplain and will potentially require the submission of a floodplain use permit (FPU) with Elevation Certificate. 4. The FPU permit is a separate permit that can be submitted for within the sub-records of this commercial permit on TDC online. 5.
