2. Provide more detail as to how the New panel D1 is protected from possible vehicle damage. Ref; NEC 300.4 Protection Against Physical Damage, NEC110.27(B) Prevent Physical Damage

1. Provide an outdoor site lighting plan that meets the requirements of OLC 104.2. Show/locate the different light sources on your site plan. Number the light fixtures on your lighting fixture table and use the same number on your site plan.
2. List the Lighting Area per OLC (Typically E3) chapter 3 and used in Table 401.1. Specify the compliance option from Table 401.1 that is being used. Total outdoor light output shall not exceed the lumen limits listed in Table 401.1.
3. Show compliance with City of Tucson Outdoor Lighting Code with an approved lighting calculation in accordance with OLC 104.2.1, 401.2. Include all exterior fixtures on the property in the calculations. List shielded and unshielded lights in the calculation.
4. Show unshielded fixtures with a maximum of 3,000 lumens, OLC 401.4.
5. Show lamps with a maximum of 3500K color temperature, OLC 402.1.
6. Indicate whether or not a special inspection is required per sec. 104.2.2, and 106.2.

1. This site resides within X-Shaded XS-100year floodplain with average depths of less than 1 foot.
2. Because of the floodplain status, it will be required that a floodplain use permit be submitted within the sub-records of the commercial permit.
3. For the submission of the floodplain use permit (FPU), please provide the site plans for the project.
4. If the core structure/canopy is to remain open air with no enclosed walls, then this will only be treated as work within a floodplain.
5. Site Engineering is unable to review and approve permit TC-COM-1025-01877 until the associated Development Package TD-DEV-1025-00255 and floodplain use permit are reviewed and approved by all reviewers.
