For example, it doesn’t appear the stage is accessible, provide amend the plans to provide accessible access to the stage. IBC 1103.1 1. If the cost of providing or upgrading the items above to be accessible is disproportionate to the cost of construction (exceeds 20% of the cost of construction not including accessibility upgrades), please provide information to verify construction costs. Verify that the faucet cycle will last for at least 10 seconds. Reference: Section 419.6, IPC 2018, as amended by the City of Tucson and Section 606.4, ICC/ANSI A117.1-09. 6. If the shower does not have a prefabricated receptor, provide details to show that the construction of the receptor complies with the requirements of Section 421.5, IPC 2018. 7. Revise the design of the hot water supply to the restroom lavatory so that the distance from the hot water source to the hot water termination for the public lavatory complies with the requirements of Section C404.5, IECC 2018 (i.e. 24” maximum distance for ½” pipe). |
