We see that you have applied for two building permits. One for Unit 110 and another for Unit 120. c. The Office/Storage, Corridor, Toilet & Stockroom must belong to one of the Units. d. Do the spaces enumerated above in item “c” above belongs with Unit 110? i. If so, Please correct your floor plan to illustrate that these are the spaces to be associated with this permit # TC-COM-1025-01800. e. For the other unit, add a note indicating that Unit 120 is on a separate permit # TC-COM-1025-01801. 2. Directional Sign for the Public Restroom. a. Please provide the verbiage for the directional sign to include the direction, location and the distance to the restroom. b. Place a note on the floor plan where this sign is to be located on both Unit 110 and Unit 120. 3. Notarized Access Agreement a. Please find an area on one of the Sheets and paste both sheets making it an integral part of the drawing document. 4. Please resubmit.
