Soils from sheet S0.1. i. Please correct this. 2. STRUCTURAL CALCULATION a. Thank You for confirming submitting the structural drawings. b. However, what was requested was the actual Structural Calculations generated by Structural Engineer Jeffrey Ansley license #52532. i. This includes the steel members sizing calculations, drilled pier size calculation, lateral resistance calculation, load calculation, bolting type & sizing, etc. 3. Please resubmit. The proposed construction of the solar canopies falls under site work classification. Per UDC Article 3.3.3.G.2.c, a site plan (Development Package) is required for the following types of development: Existing development undergoing a change of use, building structure additions, and/or a reconfiguration of an area outside a building. A Development Package (DP) meeting the requirements of the Checklist for Minor Changes to Commercial/Industrial Sites is required to be submitted and approved. The DP is a separate submittal from the building plans. The checklist can be found at: https://www.tucsonaz.gov/files/sharedassets/public/v/1/pdsd/documents/permits/minor_changes_to_commercial_industrial_sites_.pdf. 2. Site Engineering is unable to approve this building permit TC-COM-1025-01789 until the Development Package has been approved by all reviewers. 3. Note to keep in mind for the submission of the development package - To review compliance with UDC 7.4.6.F.2 & UDC 7.4.6.E.2. It is required that the required the canopy either follow the required height clearance of 15 – feet or be setback one foot or greater from the PAAL.
